Cuff for blood pressure monitors

• Wrap the cuff around your left arm. Attach the cuff on the right arm if it is not possible to measure on the left arm.
• The arm should be uncovered and the cuff applied directly over the bare skin.
• Do not wrap the cuff around thick clothing, and do not roll up your sleeve if it is too tight.
• Do not wrap the cuff too tightly around the arm. The cuff´s edge should be approximately 2.5 cm from the crook of the arm.
• Sit upright and ensure that the measuring site is at heart level (chest height).
• To remove stains, use a cloth moistened with mild soapy water. Do not wash the cuff and do not let it get wet.
• Do not bend and twist the cuff or the air tube.
