Delivery by courier service

The delivery is carried out by the courier service chosen by the customer within 1-5 working days after the order, on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The courier service will notify the customer of the exact details of the delivery.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost to be paid by the customer:

Home delivery with GLS courier service:
0-2 kg HUF 1490 (gross)
2-10 kg HUF 1690 (gross)
10-20 kg HUF 2390 (gross)
20-40 kg HUF 4990 (gross)

Pursuant to the amendment of the Postal Government Decree, the postal (delivery) service provided by Magyar Posta Zrt. can also be used:
0-10 kg HUF 1990 (gross)
10-20 kg HUF 2990 (gross)
20-40 kg HUF 5990 (gross)

Cash on delivery

In the case of a COD order, the total amount of the order must be paid to the courier by cash or bank card.

Wrapping

We do not charge a separate fee for packaging.

Order tracking

When using the GLS courier service:

After placing the order, our company notifies the customer by email about the shipment of the package and the package number, and the GLS courier service also informs the customer of the package number via SMS and/or email, with the help of which you can track the status of your package on the website https://gls-group.eu/HU/en/home.

When using Magyar Posta Zrt.:

After placing the order, our company notifies the customer by email about the shipment of the package and the package number, with the help of which you can track the status of your package on the website https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal.

Personal collection

At the moment, we are unable to offer personal pick-up.

Order cancellation

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase after placing the order but before delivery. You can report this request to our customer service. In this case, the buyer is not charged with any costs.

If the buyer cancels the purchase after payment by bank card, but before delivery, the full amount will be refunded.
